Group excursions

Rates

All rates are in euros. They include taxes and are likely to change at any time without prior notice. They are to be consiedered as definitive only upon confirmation of the reservation. Entrance fees to monuments, meals and tastings are included only when mentioned in the program. Tolls and parking fees are included in the prices, as well as a pick-up and drop-off in Avignon or Villeneuve-les-Avignon. For any other pick-up location ProVans reserves the right to refuse the request or to ask for an extra.

Booking and conditions

All excursions are subject to availability. No complaint can be made in the event that the chosen service is not available. Reservation is compulsory for all services prior to pick-up. The customer's booking request must be considered as confirmed upon receipt of a booking confirmation voucher sent by ProVans per e-mail. Printed or mobile vouchers are accepted. The service can be paid when booking on our website. The service must be paid to the driver at the latest when picking up on the day of the visit. Payment can be made by cash, credit card, debit card or cheque. Children under 4 can take part to the tours for free. A 50% discount is granted to children from 4 to 12 years. Minors must be accompanied by at least one adult.

Terms and cancellation

In case of cancellation of a group tour made by the customer more than 72 hours before the beginning of the tour, a full refund is granted. In case of cancellation made by the customer between 72 and 24 hours before the beginning of the tour, ProVans will charge a cancellation penalty fee equal to 30% of the total amount of the reservation. In case the customer cancels a group tour less than 24 hours prior to the beginning of the tour, 100% of the total amount of the reservation is due.

Cancellations must be expressly notified by e-mail.

The cancellation of a service made by the client due to bad weather is a free choice of the client and no refund can be claimed. No refund is due to customers who voluntarily interrupt a tour or miss the van because they arrive late at the meeting points. If ProVans decides to cancel a service (in case of dangerous weather conditions, mechanical issues in the vehicles, unexpected health problems of the drivers), the customer will be entitled to an immediate and full refund but not to a compensation.

Service delivery

We operate all our tours with air-conditioned 8-passenger vans. Smoking and eating in the vehicles is strictly prohibited. The minimum number of passengers is 2. Once we have two confirmed passengers, the departure is guaranteed. Departure time and tour duration may be subject to modification. ProVans reserves the right to modify the program without prior notice for equivalent services, depending on the availability of its partners. These changes do not give any right to reimbursement or compensation. ProVans reserves the right to cancel a service without notice if the climatic conditions can be a risk for its customers or its vehicles. In the event of a cancellation due to dangerous climatic conditions made by ProVans, the customer will receive a refund for the entire service or for the portion of the service which has not been not performed. ProVans can in no way be held responsible for delays caused by external events external (traffic, diversions, strikes, demonstrations) or for accidents involving passengers while getting on and off the vehicles or for the loss or the theft of personal items during the tour (inside or outside the vehicle).

Booking conditions

Reservation is compulsory for all services prior to pick-up. A 30% deposit is required upon booking. The reservation will only be confirmed firm after receipt of the deposit payment. We accept credit card payments for all payments of less than 1.000€. Payments above 1.000€ must be made through bank transfer. The balance must be paid no later than 7 days before the service. If the reservation is done less than 7 days before the service, we request a full payment at the moment of booking.

Cancellation terms

Any cancellation of a private tour may give rise to the following penalty charges: In the event of a cancellation made by the customer more than 7 days before the beginning of the tour, a full refund is due. In the event of a cancellation made by the customer less than 7 days before the beginning of the tour: no refund can be claimed. Any cancellation request must be sent to ProVans by e-mail. Cancelling a service because of bad weather or of a change of plans is the sole decision of the client. No refund can be claimed in this case.

Holiday packages

Booking conditions

The reservation of a stay implies the acceptance by the customer of the present general conditions of sale. All reservations of holiday packages must be confirmed with the payment of a 30% deposit at the time of booking. The balance payment must be made no later than 60 days before the beginning of the stay. In the event of a reservation made less than 60 days before the date of the stay, the total amount of the stay must be paid at the time of booking. Failing receipt of a full payment within 60 days before the beginning of the stay, ProVans will consider the reservation as null and void. The deposit can be paid either online via a secure payment device (PayPal or PayPlug) or by bank transfer (bank fees in this case being charged to the customer). Once the deposit has been paid, ProVans will check the availability of each service (hotels, transfers, services, etc.). The reservation is considered as final and confirmed only upon receipt by the customer of a booking confirmation sent by ProVans per email. In case of non-availability of a service, ProVans will offer an alternative to the customer (for instance a different hotel but of the same standard). If this alternative is not suitable for the customer, ProVans will refund the paid amount without penalties.

Terms of cancellation

Any cancellation of a holiday package may give rise to the following penalty charges: In the event of a cancellation made by the customer more than 90 days before the beginning of the stay, the customer will be charged a 10% penalty fee. In the event of a cancellation made by the customer between 90 and 45 days before the beginning of the stay, the customer will be charged a 30% penalty fee. In the event of a cancellation made by the customer between 44 and 30 days before the beginning of the stay, the customer will be charged a 50% penalty fee. In the event of a cancellation made by the customer between 29 and 7 days before the beginning of the stay, the customer will be charged a 75% penalty fee. In the event of a cancellation made by the customer less than 7 days before the beginning of the stay, the customer will be charged a 100% penalty fee. Cancellations must be expressly notified by e-mail. The receipt date and time will prevail.

Customer change request

In case of any modifications during the stay, the customer will be charged to the customer. In case the customer wants to interrupt a stay, no refund can be claimed.

Service delivery

ProVans reserves the right to modify the program for equivalent services, depending on the availability of its own partners. ProVans will inform the client of these changes per email. These modifications do not give any right to reimbursement or compensation. In case of bank holidays or special events ProVans reserves the right to modify the order of visits. No refund can be claimed by the client. ProVans reserves the right to cancel a service without notice if the climatic conditions can be a risk for its customers or its vehicles. Various

Medical evacuation and repatriation insurance

We suggest our customers to subscribe a multi-risk travel insurance including coverage for medical care, repatriation, theft, loss or damage of luggage and personal effects in a range of circumstances. In no case ProVans can be held responsible for this kind of events and will not compensate the customer.

Emergency number

ProVans provides an emergency number to all of its customers. This number can be used to inform ProVans about any unforeseen event that may have a consequence on the customer's reservation: delays, changes in the number of participants, different pick-up and drop-off locations... Lack of information given to ProVans through this emergency number may give rise to the penalty fees. Emergency number: +33 6 80 38 82 64 (Nicolas) or +33 6 04 16 00 03 (Veronica).

Responsability

ProVans cannot be held responsible for losses, oversights, thefts or damages to personal effects during the services it organizes on behalf of its customers, whether in the visites sites, means of transport, accommodation, restaurants, etc.

Claims

Any dispute shall exclusively be resolved by the competent court of Nîmes.
