Terms and Conditions of Sale and Cancellation | ProVans

1. General Information

All prices are listed in euros, including VAT. They are subject to change at any time without prior notice. Services are confirmed only upon receipt of an automatic confirmation email from ProVans. The following conditions apply to all services offered by ProVans, whether group excursions or private tours. By booking, the client fully accepts these general terms and conditions.

2. Group excursions

Prices

Prices include taxes, tolls, parking fees, and pick-up at the meeting point specified in the booking confirmation (in Avignon). Any request for pick-up at a different location may be declined or subject to an additional charge. Entrance fees, meals, or tastings are only included when explicitly stated in the program.

Booking

All excursions are subject to availability. Advance booking is required. Reservations are only confirmed upon receipt of a confirmation email. Full payment is required at the time of booking via our secure website. No on-site payment will be accepted. A 50% discount is granted to children aged 0 to 12 inclusive. Minors must be accompanied by an adult.

Cancellation by the client

More than 72 hours before the tour: full refund. Between 72 and 24 hours before the tour: 70% refund (30% fee retained). Less than 24 hours before the tour: no refund. No refund will be issued in the event of bad weather (unless the cancellation is made by ProVans), or in case of delay or no-show by the client at the specified meeting time. All cancellations must be submitted by email.

Cancellation by ProVans

If ProVans cancels a service (due to dangerous weather, mechanical issues, or health-related concerns involving the driver), the client will receive a full and immediate refund, but no additional compensation will be granted.

Service Conditions

All excursions are conducted using air-conditioned 9-seater minibuses. For everyone's safety and comfort, smoking and eating are strictly prohibited on board. The minimum number of participants is two. Once two passengers are confirmed, the tour is guaranteed to depart. Departure times and visit durations are provided for reference only and may be adjusted depending on local conditions or traffic. ProVans reserves the right to modify the itinerary without prior notice, replacing certain services with equivalent alternatives, particularly if one of its partners is unavailable. These changes do not entitle the client to a refund or compensation. In the event of hazardous weather, ProVans may cancel a service without notice to ensure the safety of its clients and staff. In this case, a partial or full refund will be issued, depending on the portion of the service completed. ProVans declines all responsibility for delays caused by external factors (traffic, road closures, strikes, protests, etc.), as well as for any loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings during the visit, whether inside or outside the vehicle.

3. Private Tours

Booking

Booking a private tour is mandatory and becomes confirmed only after a 30% deposit has been paid via a secure payment link (provided by ProVans through the SumUp platform). The remaining balance must be paid on the day of the service, using one of the following methods: By cheque (French bank only) In cash By credit card — in which case, a 3% transaction fee will be added, at the client’s expense.

Cancellation Policy

If the client cancels: More than 7 days before the service: a full refund will be issued, minus a fixed €15 administrative fee. Less than 7 days before the service: the full amount is due, and no refund will be granted. Cancellations must be communicated by email. No refunds will be given in case of cancellations due to weather or a change of mind by the client.

Service Conditions

ProVans reserves the right to modify the program without prior notice and to replace planned services with equivalent alternatives, depending on partner availability. These modifications do not entitle the client to any refund or compensation. In the event of hazardous weather conditions, ProVans may cancel the service at any time. In such cases, a partial or full refund will be provided, depending on how much of the service was completed. ProVans cannot be held responsible for delays due to external circumstances (traffic, strikes, protests, etc.), nor for the loss, theft, or damage of personal belongings, either during transportation or during visits.

4. Miscellaneous

Travel Insurance

We strongly recommend that clients purchase comprehensive travel insurance covering medical expenses, evacuation, repatriation, theft, and loss or damage of personal belongings. ProVans cannot be held liable for such events and will not issue any compensation or reimbursement in these cases.

Emergency Contact Numbers

ProVans provides clients with emergency phone numbers to report any unexpected event that may affect their booking (delays, changes in group size, pick-up/drop-off point changes, etc.). Liability

ProVans cannot be held liable for the loss, misplacement, theft, or damage of clients’ personal belongings during its services, whether occurring on-site, in transport, accommodations, or restaurants.

Claims and Legal Jurisdiction

Any dispute related to the services provided will be exclusively subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Nîmes, France.
